Antonio Utria was born in Colombia and obtained his degree in Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ. Brazil, and a Master Degree in Project Management from the UEMC – Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes, Valladolid, Spain. He has more than 25 years of international specific experience in ITS projects and fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Boris Utria was born in Colombia and obtained his degree in Economy from the Pontificia University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC, Brazil, and a Master Degree in Guelph University, Canada. He has more than 20 years of international specific experience in management and supervision of multilateral financed public mass transport projects and fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese

Victor Utria was born in Colombia and obtained his degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ , Brazil. He has more than 20 years of international experience in industrial, institutional and infrastructure for transport projects and fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

  • Consultancy Services and Technical Advisory in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for the implementation and deployment of the Security Platform of the AMB (Area Metropolitana de Barranquilla) Fare Collection System (FCS), based on a Remote SAM Farm Infrastructure. Barranquilla – Colombia (2022).
  • Consultancy Services and Technical Advisory on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for the structuring of the integration of the MEGACABLE Centralized Fare Collection, Access Control and User Information Systems, in order to allow the physical interconnection and technological integration between the MEGABUS and MEGACABLE Systems, for the secure transfer of information and the use of a single integrated Smartcard Payment Media. Pereira – Colombia (2021).
  • Preparation of the Technical Expert Report submitted by TRANSAMBIENTAL for the Arbitration Claim Between the TRANSAMBIENTAL Bus Operator and the TRANSCARIBE Transport Agency. Cartagena – Colombia (2021-2022)
  • Consultancy Services and Technical Advisory in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to develop the technical specifications of the new generation of automatic intelligent doors for the TRANSMILENIO Stations, in order to mitigate and control the evasion of the fare payment. The project included the implementation of a field Pilot Test contracted with multiple technology suppliers to validate the design concepts. Bogota – Colombia (2021).
  • Consultancy Services and Technical Advisory in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) provided to PROFIT/ TRANSMILENIO to execute: i) The Market Study of New Alternatives for the Fare Collection System (AFC), Fleet Management (FMS), User Information and the Telecommunications Platform of Bogotá’s Public Transportation System – TRANSMILENIO / SIRCI; ii) A detailed analysis of the current CAPEX & OPEX costs of the ITS Component of the Concession; iii) The analysis and generation of recommendations to improve the Service Levels (SLA’s) of the SIRCI Contract, and; iv) Carry out a research on new emerging technologies and prospective applicable to SIRCI.
