He has more than 25 years of international specific experience in ITS projects and fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Boris Utria was born in Colombia and obtained his degree in Economics from the Pontificia University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC, Brazil, and a Master Degree in Guelph University, Canada.
